Boasting a 500W hub motor, the Mukkpet GL 500 offers dynamic torque with a top speed of 15.5 mph without any load plus a Lithium-ion battery that provides optimal energy density and a higher cycle life of up to 800 cycles. The waterproof-protected battery additionally renders it more durable and secure via overcharge, over-discharge, over-current and short circuit protection. The accompanying LCD display monitors battery capacity, speed, pedal assist level, and distance, while the class 5 rating and pedal assistance mode can be enabled with a single button press. Built for convenience, this unisex bike is foldable for storage and transport and designed for women, featuring a lowered frame and comfortable fat tires.

The warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Mukkpet, that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Mukkpet. 

The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes

  1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions.
  2. Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by Mukkpet, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than Mukkpet.
  3. The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents.
  4. The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes.
  5. Anti-rust layer damage caused by misuse (the damage of anti-rust layer can lead to the corrosion and fracture of the parts).

  • Platform of the purchase, such as Amazon, Brand Store, etc. (If purchased on Amazon, please also include the seller name on your order)
  • Order number/ID
  • The email and shipping address you used when you placed the order.
  • Pictures/Short videos of the problems and a brief description of the problems

Parts and Labor. Mukkpet may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you send the defective parts back to us. If applicable law requires Mukkpet to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Mukkpet the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service. DIY Parts Service allows you to service your own product. If Mukkpet determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, Mukkpet will ship to you a replacement part for your product. The replacement part will be accompanied by instructions on installation and any requirements for the return of the replaced part. Mukkpet reserves the right to decide if the labor costs relating to DIY Parts Service will be covered or not.

For any repair outside the Warranty. Even if your problems are not covered by the Warranty, you can purchase the replacement parts from us. As the manufacturer, we offer competitive prices for the parts of our bikes. To purchase replacement parts from us, please contact us for further information.

*Note, we DO NOT accept return of the bike. If you have any problems with the product, please contact us. Our dedicated customer support will be more than happy to assist you.


Returning of malfunctioning bikes within 14 days of receipt. Yamee offer FREE return and exchange for malfunctioning bikes within 14 days of receipt.

 Returning of New and Unused bikes within 14 days of receipt. Yamee allows you to return any ebikes in condition* within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee and less shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their ebikes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Returns that we DO NOT accept:

  1. Return of used bikes with no quality problem.
  2. Return of accessories and replacement parts.
  3. Return outside 14-days window.
  4. Return without proof of purchase through official channels.
  5. Return with any damage is caused by human.

6.If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our customer service team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

 *Condition of Returning bikes without quality problem

  1. The mileage on the LCD screen of the ebike must be less than 10 miles, there should be no wear, dirt, scratches, fragrance, or any other signs of use.
  2. All items received by the customer must be included in the original packaging and in the same condition because they were sent by Yamee.
  3. Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from Yamee. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Yamee, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for shipping to get the item returned or sacrifice the item.

 Returning Cost

The shipping cost of returning service will be borne by customers if the ebike has no quality problem.

  1. $150 will be charged as the delivery fees and Yamee will provide shipping labels.
  2. Ships the ebike back to Yamee's warehouse on your own.

Note that: We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.

Refunds will be made after the Ebike is received and inspected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Price Match

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within 14 days of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within 14 days of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within 14 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

In the United States, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original purchase proof.
