The all-new EG1000 earned its name trekking over the highest peaks and steepest terrain. Built for life above the tree line, the EG1000 deploys 4.25” VEE Tires and the upgraded DNM suspension in the rear, giving you 130mm of travel to command rocky and rugged terrain.
The Ultra motor is referred to as a smart motor. The speed, cadence, shift, brake, and torque sensors provide continuous feedback from the rider to the motor, simultaneously allowing the motor to deliver exactly what you ask. The internal gear hub and derailleur system allow for gears to be changed without pedaling. As a result, these elements combine to give a very natural feeling ride and performance while the massive 17. 5ah battery provides extra range to push further into the backcountry.
And with TEKTRO hydraulic brakes and a fully adjustable air-suspension fork and rear shock, you can maneuver the most technical routes fearlessly. Reach the highest peaks, on the back of an EG.

REFUND POLICY
MTNBEX Return Policy allows you to return your electric bicycle within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please consult the warranty terms for deeper information on when a return is applicable.

Ship-back Charge
If the unit was purchased under a free-shipping promotion there will not be refund for shipping fees however, the customer will bear the ship back expenses if the return is unrelated to quality, damages or wrong item but merely for a personal and discretional last-minute decision from the buyer.
If the return is accepted, MTNBEX will issue a pre-paid shipping slip and schedule a pick up date, the shipping fees result of the return will be deducted from your total refund.
The returned unit must be in like-new condition, include all original packaging , accessories and documentation, any missing components may be deducted from the total refund . Any shipping damage during the ship-back may incur in a deduction from the total refund.
Returned units are subject to a 15% inspection and restocking fee from the original purchase price.
Refund will be issued in an average time frame of 2 -3 weeks after we receive, inspect and process the returned unit.

Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
In the United States, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@ebikematics.com.
Exchanges/Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original purchase proof.
